In this course, participants will get acquainted with the basics - theoretical and practical - of neural networks, what problems we encounter, how we solve them and how we ensure the correct operation of our models. Along with this, it will be explored how, with the help of abstraction and combining building blocks, students will be able to build, train and test complex architectures. They will understand the basic principles behind modern research and applications of neural networks, how to follow their principles and how to create their own, original solutions. Participants will look at the cases in which deep neural networks find the greatest application - working with images and natural languages, and will understand how generative models work and how to teach a model to make autonomous decisions.

The main objective of the module will be to present the basic concepts of DevOps in a Linux environment. This will be achieved through an introduction to the discipline, supported by theoretical and practical familiarization with some of the frequently used tools that underlie most DevOps practices. During the two courses, the module will cover topics such as virtualization, containerization, and automation of basic processes such as provisioning, configuration, monitoring, etc. Methods and tools for working in a team environment, creating, combining, and using code by more than one person at a time will be presented.

The main goal of the Containers and Cloud course is to introduce you to the best practices for creating containers with Docker and their subsequent deployment on a cloud infrastructure. We will go through the necessary Linux Shell commands, learn how to work with Docker Compose to create containers. We will look in detail at what Cloud infrastructure is and how it can be managed with code. After this course, you will be able to work comfortably with containers in a cloud environment.
